Smyrna, GA – Betty Anthony Mincey, 90, formerly of Gastonia, NC passed away on December 18, 2020 at Delmar Gardens of Smyrna, Georgia.

She was a fine mother and caring friend, always gracious, poised, reserved, and kind. Betty was a dedicated employee of Ivey's and later Dillard's Department Store working in the business administration office for many years.

Betty is survived by her loving daughter and son, Anne Mincey and Steve Mincey, and their spouses Fernando and April; nephew, Mike Anthony and wife Hilda; and cousin, Peggy Jenkins.
