Brenda Louise Bigham, 77, passed away on December 14, 2021, at BayCare Alliant Hospital in Dunedin, Florida. She was born in Camden, SC on December 8, 1944, to the late Dewey Trollinger and Julia Elizabeth Bigham. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her twin sister, Lynn, sister, Jean; and the father of her children, Max Gibson.
Brenda was a loving mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed! She was the most caring, loving, and giving soul. Brenda devoted her entire life to her family.
Survivors include her children, Chris Gibson (DeeDee); Chad Gibson (Stephanie); Beth Gibson (Justin) and Vikki Walker; (10) grandchildren and (5) great-grandchildren; and her beloved fur baby, Willow.
Visitation for family and friends will be 2:00 – 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at New Life Baptist Church, 201 Oak Trail, Belmont, NC with a Celebration of Life Memorial Service to follow at 3:00 p.m., with Pastor Allen Foreman officiating.
Interment will be private.
