Brenda Edwards Bolch

Shelby – Brenda Edwards Bolch, 77, passed away January 5, 2023 at Atrium Health-Cleveland with her family by her side.  

Brenda was born in Cocke County, Tennessee on June 11, 1945 to the late Anderson Gray and Aileen Edwards. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 50 years, Bobby Emmanuel Bolch and her daughter, Robin Bolch Davidson.

She was a dedicated member of South Gastonia Church of God and enjoyed playing cards, visiting the mountains and most of all she loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, David Bolch; daughter, Tonya Hunter (Allen, Sr.); brother, Ronald Edwards; sister, Marilyn Edwards; 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at South Gastonia Church of God, 310 Carolina Avenue, Gastonia NC, on Tuesday January 10, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 3:00 p.m. in the church with Pastor Adrian Franklin officiating. Burial will follow at Olney Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
