Born to Raymond Cuthbert Webb and Annie Louise McLarty Webb, who preceded her in death, Charlotte grew up in a home where warmth and compassion were daily lessons, quietly shared and deeply rooted. She was the loving sister of Carey Webb and Camilla Revels, both of whom she now joins in rest. Through joy and through sorrow, Charlotte carried with her the legacy of a nurturing family, cherishing every thread of connection woven over the years.

She found great joy in the company of her niece, JadaRunkle, with whom she shared an enduring bond. An interment service honoring Charlotte’s life and legacy will be held at Westview Gardens Cemetery, 1123 Edgewood Rd, Bessemer City, NC 28016. Family and friends will gather at 11:00 am on August 12, 2026, to bid farewell, sharing memories as they lay her to rest amid grounds as serene as her spirit.
