Colleen Woody

Colleen Woody, 90, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 15, 2024 at her residence with his family by her side. 

She was born in Gaston County on July 8, 1933 and is the daughter of the late Millard and Lila Chambers Woody and was also preceded in death by her siblings, Joe, Jimmy, Ralph Woody, and Maxine Dockery

Colleen was a charter member of Soul’s Harbor Tabernacle Church. She is a wonderful loving aunt.

She is survived by her caregivers, nieces, Betty Mitchell, Lisha Dockery and Tessy Dockery, numerous other wonderful nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m., prior to the service. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00p.m., Friday, January 19, 2024 at Soul’s Harbor Tabernacle Church with Pastor James Chambers officiating. Interment will follow at Hollywood Cemetery.
