Gastonia – Donald "Donnie" Wayne Coleman, Jr., 52, passed away on January 31, 2021 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center.
He was born in Gaston County on July 17, 1968 to Mary Ann Gibbons and the late Donald Wayne Coleman, Sr.
Donnie was a graduate of Hunter Huss High School. He worked for many years and later retired from Bi-Lo as Store Manager. Donnie was very talented in the businesses he and Seng operated; often refurbished antiques and re selling them. He recently owned and operated a very successful restaurant in Gastonia.
Left to cherish his memories is his loving mother, Mary Ann Gibbons Jordan and husband Danny Ray Jordan; his longtime companion, Seng Xiong; a sister Angela Dawn Spence; his nephew Brian Lee Fowler and his wife Whitney and their sons Carson and Chase Fowler; and his beloved fur babies, Braxton, Dolce, and Rocky.
A Celebration of Life service will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 20th at Yorkwood Church of God, 405 Stagecoach Road, Gastonia, North Carolina 28052
