Donna Buchanan Cline

 Donna Buchanan Cline, 63, a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to many, has peacefully passed away at CaroMont Regional Medical Center. Born in Gaston County, North Carolina, on March 29, 1960, Donna's life was characterized by love, warmth, and cherished moments with her family.
 
 In her professional life, she worked at Stabilus for many years, where she left a lasting impact with her dedication and commitment. However, it was in her personal life that Donna truly shined. She found joy in the simplicity of life - from camping adventures to spending quality time with her beloved grandchildren and family. Her dog, Scout, was not just a pet but a faithful companion who brought her great comfort.
 
 Donna's proudest accomplishments revolved around her family whom she cherished above all else. She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Donnie Cline; daughter Shannon Mott (Jarran); granddaughters Katelyn Cline and Julianna Mott; sisters Kay Rose, Earline Ballard (Ronald), Beth Cunningham (Tim); and mother-in-law Ola Mae Cline.
 
 She is preceded in death by her parents Earl and Aline Griggs Buchanan; brother Wayne Buchanan; and sister Carolyn Whitesides. Donna's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
 
 Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at the visitation service on April 1st from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home and Cremation in Gastonia. A Celebration of Life will follow on April 2nd at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, April 2 in the Chapel with Revered Don Mott officiating.  The burial service will take place at Forest Lawn Cemetery  in Lincolnton at 2:00 PM on the same day. Pallbearers will be Mike Harkey, Bobby  Sisk, Kevin Rose, Les Bell, Chris Martin and Steve Cline.
 
 Donna  Cline's legacy of love and devotion will forever live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to have known her. May she rest in peace knowing that she was dearly loved and will be remembered fondly by all whose lives she touched.
