Gastonia-Gail Hambright-Marlow, 50, passed away on May 14, 2022, at CaroMont Regional Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family.
Gail was born on August 13, 1971 to Larry Bess and the late Glenda Costner.
Gail enjoyed fishing with Steve in their pond at home, she enjoyed painting, vacationing at the beach, and loved all animals, her own, and even the strays. Most of all, Gail loved her family.
Left to cherish her memories is her loving husband, Steve Marlow; son, Christian Hambright; step-son, Joey Briggs and his wife Jessica; step-daughter, Shady Marlow; sister, Shawna Bone and her husband, Andy; sister-in-law, Eva Knight and her husband Mike; brother-in-law, Tony Marlow; niece, Brooke Bone; her step-grandchildren, Carson and Kinsley; and her fur babies, Oscar, Taz, and Kibby.
The family will receive friends on Saturday May 21, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. at Withers and Whisenant Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Withers and Whisenant Chapel with Pastor Raymond Johns officiating.
