He was born in Prescott, Arizona on June 14, 1966.
Jay was a Chef for many years. He was a great artist and loved Rock N' Roll. Jay was very proud to be the front man of a heavy metal band.
Left to cherish Jay's memories are his parents, Robin John Parke and Paula Bryant Parke;
His sister, Shannon Ryon, and her husband John; and his two nieces, Shelby and Madison.
