Dallas- Jeanine Millsaps Walters, 73, passed away on February 12, 2021 at CaroMont Regional
Medical Center.
She was born in Murphy, NC on January 11, 1948 to the late Arnold James Millsaps and Myrtis Davis Millsaps. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her sisters, Linda Tanner, Joyce Melton, Carolyn Masters and Sue Johnson.
Jeanine and her husband was owner and operators of Walters Seafood for over 26 years. She later worked for Burger King for 7 years and Walmart for 15 years.
She enjoyed sewing, quilting and reconnecting with family and friends on face book. But most of all spending time with her family. Jeanine was a loving wife, mother, nana and sister.
Survivors include her husband of almost 50 years, William "Bill" P. Walters, Sr.; her children, Tonya Walters Bell and husband Jeffrey, William P Walters, Jr and wife Aimee, Amy Walters and David Walters; her beloved grandchildren, Aubree Bell Williams and husband Gary, Taylor Walters, Ethan Walters, Breanna Roberts, Brandon Stowe, Baleigh Stowe, and Rylan Walters; 1 great grandchild Kellin Cable her brothers, Alvin Millsaps and wife Mary, Charlie Millsaps and wife Connie, and Arnold Millsaps, Jr; and a special niece Sandra Millsaps Hoefner.
Services will be private.
