“CHIP”, Jonathan Jordan, crossed over on April 12, 2026. Born to Marie and Frank Jordan on January 4th, 1950. An only child, Chip was raised in a very loving family. As he grew, he became a very conscientious man of kindness and love, the way he was raised up in. He extended that same grace to others. He might disagree with people, but he never spoke unkind to them. He received respect, from giving respect. On this side of the river, he was a great example of Christ, the Living Word of God. If you knew him, you loved him.Chip was preceded in death by his wife, Candis Ransom Jordan, of 20 years.Recently, his body succumbed to the effects of dementia, which he suffered with, for many years. He will be remembered by many, but not forgotten. He was and still is, a quiet soul. One didn’t need to walk with him a long ways, in order to see, and know, his love for God. This is not his end , just another new beginning!
We celebrate Chip’s promotion into another realm, with thanksgiving of the Finished Work of Christ.” His burial will be private, as he wished. We wait for the Day, when all of creation is gathered by the Son, unto the Father of us ALL!
Thank you Chip for being, you! We Love you, brother!
