He was born on October 11, 1970, to Judy Philbeck Hiland and the late Ricky Hiland.
Everyone knew Julius by his nickname "Squeaky" and he enjoyed being outdoors fishing and hunting. He was a family man who will truly be missed by all who loved him!
He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Tracy Beck Hiland; daughter, Hannah Hiland Halsell (Emmanuel); and his grandson, Hunter Hiland; son, Dustin Hiland; his mother, Judy Hiland; and his brothers, Larry Hiland and Timmy Hiland; numerous nieces and nephews.
