Lanny Ross Haas

Lanny Ross Haas, 81, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center. 

He was born in Gaston County, North Carolina on November 18, 1942 and is the son of the late Marshall and Ethel Jarrell Haas.

Lanny enjoyed working on cars, racing was an avid NASCAR fan. He enjoyed anything to do with automobiles. He owned his own car lot in Dallas.

Lanny is survived by his sons, Barry Haas and wife Angel, and Todd Haas; brother, Ronnie Haas and wife Gail, sister, Janice Haas Friday and husband Earl; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, December 7, 2023 at Gaston Memorial Park,

Garden of Four Seasons, 1200 South New Hope Road, Gastonia, NC
