Linda Suttles Crews

Dallas-Linda Suttles Crews, 69 passed away on September 18, 2020 at the Robin Johnson House.
She was born in Gaston County, NC to the late Denis and Frances Marr Suttles; she was also preceded in death by her husband Alan Lane Crews and a brother, Steve Suttles.
She was a very loving mother, sister and friend to all. She always cared more for others before herself. Linda was the head cheerleading coach for over 20 years, serving North Gaston High School, Bessemer City High School and the Little Orangeman. She also worked as an office assistant and in shipping for K-Mart before retiring.
Linda is survived by her loving daughter Michelle Crews and a son Shane Crews;her grandchild, Kendall Crews; brother, David Suttles and a sister Cyndi Pittman.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David McClure officiating.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will be Westview Gardens beside her beloved husband Alan.
Pallbearers will be Robbie Patterson, Brian Duvall, Chandler Duvall, Brandon Messick, Mark Finger, Nelson Powell.
