Marcia Raby Hunter

Marcia Rae Raby Hunter, 77, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 with her loving family by her side.  Marcia was born in Gastonia and is the daughter of the late Vernon Ray Raby and Laura Canipe Raby.

Marcia attended Second Baptist Church, Gastonia in her early years. Marcia was self-employed and after retiring, she moved to Florida where she lived for 35 plus years.

Marcia is survived by her son, Mark Meadows; daughters, Meleah Sipes, Marcy Hope Romero and husband Dan, 5 loving step-children, Candy, Tammy, Bobby, Yvonne and Devin; her brother, Keith Raby and wife Pat, her sister Vickie Reagan; 7 grandchildren, Lain Murdock and husband Tom,  Eric Meadows, Cole Meadows and wife Felicia, Chris Romero, Gavin Sipes and wife Jillian, Danielle Romero and Fallon Morris, 3 great grandchildren, Jo Grace Meadows, Hank Meadows, and Sloan Sipes.

Funeral services will be private.
