Nancy Frye McClure

Nancy Jo Frye McClure, a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, who passed away at her residence on April 25, 2024. She was born in Hardin,(Gaston County), NC on December 4, 1937.
 
 Nancy's life will be celebrated during visitation services at the Hardin Community Baptist Church in Dallas on April 28, 2024, starting at 1:00 PM until 2:00 p.m., followed by a Celebration of Life ceremony at 2:00 PM. with Reverend Justin Driver and Reverend Fain Farmer officiating. The burial will take place at the Hardin Community Baptist Church Cemetery
 
 Nancy was known for her love of nature and spending time with her grandchildren. She found joy in watching the birds and caring for her flowers. Above all else, she treasured the moments shared with her family.
 
 She is survived by her devoted husband of almost 69 years, Mitch McClure; her children Kenny A. McClure, Douglas Blair McClure, and Karen McClure Cloninger; grandchildren Laurie Cloninger, Abby Wise (Michael), Michael Cloninger, Erin Cloninger, Kinsey Wallace (Alex), and Austin McClure; as well as her great-grandchildren Haley, Lilee, Madelyn, Adleigh, and Emery.
 
 Nancy was predeceased by her parents Hub and Bessie Mae  Huffman Frye; and siblings Jim Frye, Harvey Frye, Lucille McAllister, Helen Norman, Doris Bagwell, and Betty McAllister.
 
 Nancy's proudest accomplishments revolved around her family whom she adored deeply. Her kind spirit and loving nature touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be dearly missed but forever remembered for the love and warmth she shared with everyone around her.
 
 May she rest in peace knowing that her legacy of love lives on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
