Nathan "Nate" Bishop

Charlotte - Nathan "Nate" Bishop passed away on January13, 2022 at his residence.
He was a native of Charleston, South Carolina, born September 27, 1981 to Mark Bishop and the late Cathy Cornwell Bishop Ratchford. In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his grandfather, Dennis Cornwell.
Nate will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Nate is survived by his father, Mark Bishop; grandmothers, Margaret Cornwell and Virginia Bishop; uncles, Eric Cornwell, Bobby (Kelly) Bishop, Matthew Bishop, Robbie Bishop; aunt, Denna (Lloyd) Darby; and many wonderful friends.
The family will receive friends on Thursday January 27, 2022, from 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at Withers and Whisenant Funeral Home. A memorial service will start at 6:30 p.m. in the Withers and Whisenant Chapel with Reverend Trey Evans officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials contributions are requested to be made to Withers and Whisenant Funeral Home.
