Patricia Norman Stone

 Patricia Norman Stone, a cherished soul, peacefully passed away surrounded by family on March 29, 2024, at Robin Johnson House. She was born on June 22, 1947, in Gaston County, North Carolina. Patricia led a fulfilling life dedicated to service and love.
 
 She proudly served in the U.S. Army and later pursued a career as a computer programmer, providing her skills to Blue Cross, SC, and BB&T online banking for many years. Patricia's work ethic and dedication left a lasting impact on all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
 
 Beyond her professional accomplishments, Patricia's proudest achievements were her sons. She was a loving and devoted mom whose kindness knew no bounds. Her nurturing spirit extended not only to her children but also to her fur baby, Gorda, whom she cherished dearly.
 
 Patricia had a vibrant personality that drew people towards her. She attended Lowell Free Will Baptist Church and found joy in assisting others. Her pride and joy included being a mother to both dogs and cats, exemplifying her nurturing nature.
 
 In remembrance of Patricia's remarkable life, a visitation will be held on April 4, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Lowell Free Will Baptist Church in Gastonia. Following this, a Memorial Service with Reverend Richard Sigmon officiating will take place at 2:00 PM in Lowell Free Will Baptist Church. The burial ceremony at Gaston Memorial Park in Gastonia will follow with Military Honors by the Gaston County Honor Guard
 
 Patricia Norman Stone leaves behind beautiful memories that will forever linger in the hearts of her surviving loved ones including her sons Ramon Bernal and Giovanni Bernal;3 Aunts, Virginia Harris, Joyce O’Shield and Jean Dellinger; and many wonderful nieces, nephews and cousins. She is now reunited with her mother, Annie Mae King Amerson, along with her siblings Mike, Linda Kay, Louise, and Trina.
 
 May Patricia Stone rest in eternal peace knowing she was loved deeply and will be missed by all whose lives she touched.
