Gastonia – Vivian Parham Jordan, 82, passed away September 14, 2021 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Gaston County on July 21, 1939 to the late Charlie Marshall Parham and Evelyn Hullett Parham. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Bud Carngie Jordan, her daughter, Deborah Wilson; her grandchildren Mitchell Hallman and Christy David; a brother, Melvin Parham.
She was a loving mother, grandmother sister and friend to many.
Survivors include her children, Evon Jordan, Melinda Lunsford and Bobbie Cantrell; grandchildren, Patrick, Charlie, Dwayne, Courtney, Tracie, Angie and Mary and 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p,m, Thursday, September 16th at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home
A Celebration of Life graveside service will be 4:00 p.m., Friday, September 17th at Olney Presbyterian Church Cemetery
