William "Bill" Junior Black, Jr.

William “Bill” Junior Black, Jr., 81, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at Belaire Health Care Center with his loving family by his side.   Bill was born in Rock Hill, South Carolina and was the son of the late William Junior Black, Sr. and Elizabeth Coffey Black and was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Mary Jane Stilwell Black.

Bill is a member of Ridge Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon.  He was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and a true friend to so many.  He will truly be missed by so many. He loved his family and loved doing things with his grandchildren, whom he adored.  He was a “Home Body” and enjoyed reading and he believed in sharing with a lot of different charities.

He was a long-time employee of Macke Vending Company where he was a Regional Manager. 

Bill is survived by his daughter, Amanda Black Caulder; his two sons, William Christopher Black and Joseph Edward Black; 3 grandchildren, whom he adored, Kristin LeCroy, Elizabeth Black, Lindsey Caulder; 4 great grandchildren, whom were his pride and joy, Madison LeCroy, Hunter Huffman, Anna Huffman, Noah Huffman.

Services will be at a later date.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents; wife of 63 years, Mary Jane Stilwell Black; two brothers, Johnny Black, Gene Black; two sisters, Margie Lee, Ann Sanders.
