William “Bill” Franklin Brewer, 83, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2026, at Atrium Hospital in Lincolnton, with his loving family by his side. He was born in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, on November 26, 1942, to the late William and Matha Bandy.
